Delivery Information

How much is the delivery fee?

We offer free delivery to all major centres within South Africa.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched. In the event where we are unable to mutually agree on the additional surcharge amount, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are usually dispatched on the first business day after payment has cleared. Thereafter, it takes approximately 2-4 days for delivery to occur. The exact time frame will depend on factors such as the exact location of delivery and size of the order.  Deliveries occur on weekdays within normal business hours (public holidays excluded).   

Who will deliver my order?

Oculux makes use of reliable contracted third-party couriers with a national delivery network.

How will I know when my order is on its way?

The courier company will email tracking details to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. The tracking number may be used to track your parcel directly with the 3rd party courier or with our distribution office. This can be done telephonically or on the relevant websites.

Refunds

Not happy with your pair and would like a refund?

All refunds can only be issued once Oculux has received the returned pair and has gone through an inspection. Once the refund is approved the refund will be granted. No refunds will be issued until the pair has been received at Oculux Headquarters, and the inspection has been completed. Refunds will be issued in cases of legitimate factory defects as well as the standard returns process and the pair is in perfect condition. Certain payment solutions require banking details to issue a refund, we will be in contact with you should we require any additional information.

Want to return your sunglasses?

Email us directly at [email protected] or send us a WhatsApp Message to 0712128755 with your invoice number along with the reason for returning your pair, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that we only offer one free return/exchange per customer per purchase. Should a customer require more than one exchange, the customer is required to cover the additional courier costs incurred.
